Cosmetic Dentistry Procedures:
We offer a variety of cosmetic dentistry solutions to correct such common aesthetic flaws as stained teeth, broken teeth or teeth that are chipped, cracked, misshapen, or crooked teeth. Our procedures include; teeth whitening, porcelain veneers, fast braces, crowns, bridges and orthodontics.
Orthodontics focuses on correcting the position of teeth as well as improving the bite, appearance of their jaw and facial features. Our orthdontic treatment may involve conventional braces, lingual braces, c-fast braces and Invisalign.
FASTBRACES® Technologies high performance bracket systems upright the roots of the teeth from the beginning of treatment with just one square wire by torquing and tipping them from the very first appointment.
Invisalign is a series of clear “invisible” aligners that are changed every 2 weeks that gradually straighten up your teeth. Invisalign is often used to address spacing issues, over-bites, cross-bites, under-bites and overcrowding.
Porcelain and Dental Veneers:
Porcelain and dental veneers are the cosmetic solution to changing the look of your teeth, whether they are chipped, crooked or perhaps the shape isn’t quite right. It’s also another option on top of whitening when it comes to changing the colour of your teeth.
A crown or what some people ‘caps’ are a type of artificial restoration that encases the tooth. The outside shell is most commonly made from porcelain in your current tooth colour (please note: porcelain doesn’t change colour, so if you’re not quite happy with the shade of your teeth, it’s best to whiten beforehand otherwise it can be an expensive change in the future).
A dental bridge is used to span an empty space between two teeth, which usually occurs after a tooth has been lost or extracted. These are generally done in two or three units with one or two crowns at each end with a pontic (where the missing tooth is) in the middle.
Teeth Whitening or teeth bleaching is a treatment process that restores stained or discoloured teeth or single tooth to a healthy, natural color. We offer both two types of teeth whitening techniques including in-chair whitening and take home whitening kits.
